Our History
The history of Locanda San Ferdinando began in 1978, when its founder, Ferdinando Fusco—who came from a family of farmers—decided to take on a major challenge: bringing his passion for cooking and hospitality to a small corner of Scorzè. With the courage and enthusiasm of a knight, Ferdinando embarked on the adventure of running a restaurant, creating what would become a landmark for the community and for all those seeking a warm and genuine welcome.
Over time, the Locanda has evolved, but the heart of our family and our love for culinary tradition have remained unchanged.
Today, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Fusco family, the Locanda continues to stand as a symbol of passion, courage, and commitment, welcoming every guest as part of our story.
